How you will make an impact
There are many ways for you to get involved:

Full responsibility for 1-12 hotels providing helpful service for international guests

Working varied hours particularly at the start of season

Presenting an inspiring TUI Welcome to large or small groups and 121 selling
-
Using apps on your TUI iPad to check info, log complaints and promote excursions and extras
-
Handling complaints, calming down and resolving escalating situations on the spot
-
Collecting, accounting for and safeguarding of company monies
-
You may guide excursions, escort airport transfers and/or work at the airport
What you will bring

A genuinely helpful person with the ability to provide great service

Initiative and confidence to solve problems on the spot

Strong 121 and group presentation communication skills

Staying power, perseverance and flexibility

Quick to learn technology, apps and social media

Experience of working with people in a service or a sales environment advantageous

Fluent French and Dutch and good level of English - additional languages are advantageous
-
A Driving licence B
